This morning I woke up early because I planned to do my walk/jog thing for 60 minutes instead of 50… Well, once I got out there I just wasn’t feeling it. My legs weren’t super tired or anything but I just didn’t have any energy. So, instead of a 60 min jog I went for a 30 min walk. It was a decent walk and I feel good that I did SOMETHING. Tomorrow is another day.
